For account access, app review, billing, or product support, contact the WaterRoutes support team from the email address associated with your account when possible.
Report content or user concerns
Signed-in users can report content or user concerns from Settings -> Legal and support -> Report content or user. This opens an in-app report form and does not launch an external email client.
If you are locked out, email support@waterroutes.com with the content or screen, the person involved if known, and what happened.
Account deletion
Account deletion instructions are available publicly for users who can or cannot sign in.
